You may have noticed your own physical, mental, and/or emotional heath decline during this time. The simple act of touch is known to boost the immune system, lower blood pressure, decrease stress hormone levels, and trigger the release of endorphins.
If I could, I would love to see an end suffering in the world. Absolutely nothing would fill my heart more than to witness world peace and love and respect for all living creatures. I don't know how to do that on a grand scale, but I do know I can positively soothe and recharge one person at a time.
